I’m in love with all things Knix! I have several pairs of these high waisted thongs. They are super comfy and fit well. I love the high rise and smoothing effect. I wear a size 10 and get a large. I could probably do a medium but I do not like snug undies.

Our Super Leakproof(TM) Underwear features a 25% bigger gusset, with more of the coverage in the front of the underwear. For overnight leakproof protection, our Super Leakproof(TM) Dream Short gusset ranges from 10” to 14” long.
